TITLE: QUALITY ANALYST
Summary: Solely responsible for providing analysis of call metrics and quality in support of upper level managers in high pressure electronic payment systems sales call center. Provide additional research as required.
Duties include: Provide analysis of sales managers running teams of field salespeople to Senior Director of Sales. Develop and provide reports to upper level managers. Monitor sales manager’s outbound and inbound calls to evaluate skills and behaviors in accordance with quality assurance policies. Identify areas of concern for individual sales managers or field sales people and trends among teams. Provide individual feedback to sales managers and Senior Director of Sales to clarify behaviors.
Recent Successes Include:
- Create processes and write standards for monitoring sales manager's calls
- Developed new research and provided reports to management when challenges to sales goals were observed
- Provide ongoing support for four departments and occasional support of other departments through multi-tasking and planning.
- Develop research and provide Excel reports tracking employee retention
- Develop research and provide Excel reports tracking field performance
- Develop research to analyze individual sales manager's support of field salespeople
- Create Access database to track sales from initial lead through completion including data input and reporting features, with user interface
