I am looking for a position where I can use my network management skills, hardware & software tech support, and relational database programming experience. I am currently providing Y2K upgrade and troubleshooting services to PC based telephone voice-mail systems. These systems include hardware & software upgrades on Win NT/OS2/DOS platforms. I have had Novell network administration experience and have taken coursework for the MCSE at SMU. I have programmed MS Access databases with light Visual Basic.
